Hi There! I am looking into investing in Central Coast (SLO, AG, PASO) and curious if anyone has found any success in those areas recently?

I have been liking some options in Paso as San Luis seems to still be pretty pricey.

Appreciate the insight!

Hi All! I recently purchased my primary, but am looking at investment options in San Diego. Focused on either BRRRR into a flip or Long Term Hold.

However, I have not been able to find an area where the numbers work and am curious if anyone has any insight on where may be a good location within San Diego! Cheers!

Hi Everyone - my fiance and I are buying out primary later this year (new build) and I am debating on how much to put down as much down payment.

I was planning on 20-25%, but could go as much as 40%.

Outside of the lower monthly, would there be any benefit for putting more down?

If I did go higher on the DP and I wanted to take out some of the home equity in a year or so what would be the right vehicle? HELOC? Cash Out Refinance?

Thanks for the insight!

Hey Everyone - I had a friend who recently came into around $1M and wanted to know how to invest it. He asked me my advice and it got me thinking about what I would do.

So with that being said, if you came into $1M, how would you invest it? Strictly Real Estate? Stocks?

Fire away!

Hi There!

My fiance and I are looking to buy a SFH as well as an investment property in San Diego. The only issue we have run into is the prices and bidding wars.

Every single home we have looked at for personal use or an investment seems to have 5+ offers and go MUCH over asking.

We are currently looking at Bay Park / Clairemont / Carlsbad / Oceanside.

I am curious if anyone has had success in other areas let me know.

We are thinking of relocating as it looks like there is no end in sight for this.

Hi There! My fiance and I are considering moving from San Diego to San Luis Obispo. We used to live there and loved it, but had to move away due to family issues.

The San Diego housing market is insane and we are looking to buy a SFH, making us look elsewhere.

We are looking at a couple new builds in the area and wanted to see how the market was before we dive in.

Any insight is appreciated!!
