Hi Friends,

I hope all are well.

We have recently moved to Atlanta, and are looking to purchase either a tear down property or land. We have searched the fancy areas, and frankly, Wowzas regarding price - and not our aesthetic (very traditional, old fashioned, antiquated), it would take a lot of money to renovate after spending upwards of 1mil.

I’ve been conducting some research, and it seems College Park might be the answer? I would like to hear from seasoned real estate investors who would be able, and willing, to share their insights regarding where to buy, renovate, or demolish/rebuild.

I would like to bulk of our money to go towards the build or renovation, not on the land/property itself.

I look forward to it!

Ryan
