I live in the Aurora IL area (Yorkville) and  have a mortgage guy that is outstanding. I was a realtor for over 13 years in the area and he is on the ball whether it's an investment property or refi.     I will send you a message with my contact info -  you can contact me if you are interested.

Hello, my name is Ryan Cherney and I found Bigger Pockets by searching Real Estate investing on Google. I am so glad I found this site. I have a lot to ask this community and a lot to learn. The few Podcasts I have listened to have been great and will continue to dive into them. My personal life is being drastically changed (divorce) and need to be available to take care of my son half of the time (I hope and pray). I was a licensed Realtor from 2003-2015 and never got into investing (wife was always too scared). I hope that becoming a Real Estate investor will provide the freedom to spend time with my son and provide for our needs. I will have money to invest when the divorce is final but know that I will need help to understand the Investing Industry and would appreciate any advise you Pro's can provide.  I do have a question - have I missed the boat of buy and hold or flip opportunities in the Chicagoland area - I see that prices of homes have jumped in the past few years in the Naperille/Aurora/Oswego/Yorkville areas. Any input would be helpful since I am very nervous for my new life and journey that is about to begin.

Thank you.
