@Ryan Harris These signs can be good at times, but most of the time they'er really bad. People just don't like it in the community, and those who call on the authority then it can get really ugly. 

Personally I like them but sadly to say some cities frown upon them. I will use other method of getting leads such as my website, and running ads in the local paper. The object will be to get people over to the site, and allow your site to do all the work from there. 

I hate them. I've been known to tear them down in my neighborhood. Even worse are the people who use them to sell puppies. 

Most cities and counties have ordinances against these signs. I used to use then until a fellow BP member pointed out that we are breaking the law by posting them, which makes us criminals. 

I don't want to go into business with someone willing to break the law, and neither do most honest people. 

I've used my last bandit sign, and I will not call anyone using them - no matter how good the deal looks.
