OK so if i did do a lease option with a motivated seller and I am pretty much taking over his mortgage until I find a tenant buyer. Would the mortgage lender call due on the home? or does it ever happen for the bank to call due on the home due to me taking over the mortgage?

I just wanted to clarification about this topic because I heard most banks would call due on a motivated seller if they was to have somebody else take over the mortgage is this true?
