Tyler, sorry I don't have someone I can recommend, but can you share the name of your tile person?  I'm looking for that right now.

I’m looking for a property management company that would manage a vacation rental in Martinsville / Morgan County. Does anyone know of a company that could help me?  Are vacation rentals even allowed in Martinsville?  There seem to be very few.  Thanks for any advice you can give.

Thanks Eric.  Does anyone know of a property management company in Putnam County that would manage a vacation property?

I'm interested in buying a property in the Greencastle or Rockville area near Raccoon Lake to rent out as a vacation rental. Does anyone know if there is any demand for this in these areas? If so, does anyone know of a property management company that would manage it?

Post: Do I need an EIN for my LLC?

I have formed an LLC in Indiana to hold my investment properties. According to the checklist on the IRS website I do not need an EIN. Also, according to my bank website, when I go to set up my company bank account they will use my SSN if I don't have an EIN. But I'm wondering, should I go ahead and get an EIN for my company? Will it have benefits in the future for me to get it now? Or should I wait until I hire employees someday or fall into the situation where I need one?

Thanks,

Ryan
