Hi BP family-

I am redoing my landscaping myself in order to attract higher quality tenets & increase curb appeal. I am in an A neighborhood.

The DYI nature leaves me struggling to find larger quantities of plants and gravel at a quality price. Does anyone have any contacts or sourcing thoughts? Looking for 800+ lbs of gravel and 150+ plants (4 variations). I am planning on installing myself and have raw materials delivered but am open to alternatives at the right price

I appreciate any insights/contacts/strategies from this creative bunch :)

Thank you!

Ryan

Hi BP family-

I am redoing my landscaping to increase higher quality tenets / increase street appeal. I am doing it myself and am looking to buy plants & gravel. I have looked at buying off the shelf but the sticker price is too high.

Does anyone recommend someone who I can purchase around 200 plants (4 variations) & 800 lbs of gravel?

I am doing it myself so looking for just materials (plants & gravel)

Thank you!

@Adriel Hsu I had a similar idea. My issue is a tiny home (classified as a trailer) is illegal to keep on a multi family property (which is what I own). I had talked to a few other investors and tiny home builders within 1.5 hours of htx but only know of one guy actually doing it inside the loop and it's at SFR

Goal is to create additional income streams/LT financial wealth. I am single and have a solid W-2 Job so figured use real estate to 1) live somewhere myself 2) diversify. My goal is to use that extra income before life settles down too much and I don't have this extra expendable income
