Hi BP,

I am looking for recommendations for modular home builders that serve Colorado.

I have a lot and am planning to put up a modular (not manufactured or mobile) spec house.  1500-2000 sf.

Any and all comments on this type of venture along with any recommendations would be appreciated!

Hi All!

Does anyone know of any websites or tools that allow an investor to screen for properties that meet the 1% (or whatever % you desire) rule?  

For example, is there a way to screen Zillow (or another site) for properties where the Rent Zestimate is at least 1% of the Asking Price?

(If not, maybe it's a tool the BP team could build.  I have a software background and would be happy to contribute. )
