The east end area does seem to be solid for investors. I've eyed a few properties in Jackson Ward, Carver, and Oregon Hill but like you said I'm going off MLS listings. How many units do you have across the 3 properties you bought this year? Have any others?

@Mark Brogan I certainly will listen to the podcasts! In addition to BP I also like Get Rich Education. I don't think I'll buy one of his Coffee Farms any time soon, but he's an interesting speaker
