Hi Everyone!

I am in need of a handyman in the Metro Atlanta area for my rental property located downtown. Does anyone know of a reliable handyman in this area?

Hi!

I currently own a condo in the Castleberry Hill area in Atlanta and I am looking for a good property manager to assist me in maintaining a tenant.

I currently have a tenant whose lease is up this month and I am short on time to market for new tenants and to address tenant needs.

Does anyone know of any great PMs who work in this area?

I am new to investing and have a small pot of cash to start with. I want to start purchasing tax lien certificates in fulton county, GA and I overheard someone mention that a license was needed to buy tax lien certificates at the courthouse steps. I tried researching this but could not find any info to confirm this. Is it true that a license is needed? If so, does anyone know how to get around this?
