Thank you for everyones’ input on profile photos. It makes the business acquaintance at ease and brands you with the business. Agree, this platform is professional and welcomes diverse backgrounds within their fields and help differentiate with a human photo. :-)

Blessings,

Ruth McCrackin

I like tagging the website link to those main things you mentioned @Account Closed. Nice way to get people to ask and share!

Today makes 8 days in wholesaling as a real estate investor. Through this time, I have been watching YouTube videos, listening to a variety of podcasts, building my sellers list, buyers list and went to my first local REIA meetup yesterday in St. Petersburg, FL.

Now what?!

Well, after speaking with an SEO consultant and Investor, he encouraged me to take action in creating my website by signing up to a great marketing driving website to drive organic leads. Yes, there's other vehicles. However, in order to create #1 Credibility and Trust from leads, its IMPORTANT to have a website that shares your brand and niche to potential buyers,  sellers or investors.

I will be signing to one that will focus on real estate investors and has several benefits to create landing pages and track leads and assist with marketing SEO and great internet speed which I heard Google likes. I have to be honest, when I hear SEO Optimization I literally cringe since I know very little and I know it takes alot of work!! BUT, in order to be ahead of the players in this industry and be "liked" by Google audience who search for my services, than I need to put in the work.

Share your comments below on the benefits that serves you when having a website for your business in real estate investing!

Blessings,

Thanks All,

All this is great wealth of knowledge. @Elizabeth Klingseisen. much appreciate the step by step outline of where to start and put focus into. I agree as well on a Marketing strategy for my business.

@Kim Stofan That was a really great idea on meetups. I went to my first REIA group yesterday and was well worth it. I met some folks there.

@Jerryll Noorden, I am taken massive action in getting a website, although, I have read and watch not to bother with one in the beginning of your wholesaling journey. Thanks so much for taking the time to share your top secrets on this with me!!

I am completely interested in the wholesale real estate investing arena. I am in the Tampa Bay, FL area, a full-time mom, wife, and in transition in career roles. I am really great in my daytime career and have been highly compensated for my value that I put into reputable companies for several years.

With that being said, I have been diving in deep in volume of knowledge from different parts of the Internet if you will about wholesaling. There's a great deal of wealth out there, however, everyone learns differently. The education and training that is structured from A-Z is highly expensive from many experts in REI.

I understand in this field you have to put in the work and apply action to get results. When I was fortunate to gain the knowledge and experience from completing my Masters, then my confidence in what I do skyrocket and I was looked upon as a subject matter expert in my field in major corporations. My goal is to skyrocket as a REI under the right leadership and mentoring.

Right now, I started doing driving for dollars, absentee owners list, calling buyers, however, I come from a massive process, KPI, metric background in order to scale for larger companies. How do one do it as One without a strong process or system in place?

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post!

Blessings,
