Were you able to get a clear title? I just purchased a house and lot last year and I really don’t know what to do next? I got the patent already in my name. - does this allow me to start working on renovations on the old house or do I need to get the title first before starting on doing renovations?

If someone is leaving in the house Within the property that I just acquired, do I have the right to ask them to leave or what is the appropriate process?
