Hey @Brad Hammond thanks a bunch. That is what I thought I just wanted to make sure. It would be a big bummer if we were within that 2 years by just a few days.

I am selling MY house and I DO NOT want to pay capital gains tax on it. So my question is.... at what point is the 2 year minimum capital gains up? Is it when we sign and are under contract or is it when the property records?
