Hello Everyone! My lender seems to have done a little mistake and my father who is co-signing was never told he has to be down here for the signing which was suppose to happen today at 1:00 and it cannot happen without a wet signature from him. I'm not sure if anyone knows anyone in Roanoke that would be willing to be the 2nd witness (we have one as he is visiting family) the bank and UPS said they cant use their employees to witness it.

I am in danger of loosing the home and as this one would be my first home it is pretty devastating. Please and advice or a referral for someone would be fantastic!

I'm not currently taking the classes as I'm about to close on my first house here in a few weeks and wanted to get situated with that and the move. Once I am settled I was planning on joining a class either online or in person. I am currently doing a lot of research to pass the test and to educate myself as best as I can as if I'm going to do something I want to be the best one there is.

With what you said is there still a lot of important information you learn during the class hours, or should I just focus on passing the exam at the end? Thank you for the response and the knowledge!

Good morning everyone and I hope your day is going fantastic!

I was wondering if there are any programs that any of you recommend to becoming a better real estate agent, especially with studying and learning the laws and regulations for the test. Any resources would be greatly appreciated!!

Also RealEstateU looks good but I can’t tell if it would be a good program to buy and study with, or if it’s just a look good but not to much value.

Again, thank you and exited to learn more!
