@Willie Mixon welcome to BP.  I'm also new here, i'm just so overwhelmed about how much you can learn.  Also how people are so inviting to reach out and offer advice and learn from.  I believe how truly BP can be life changing.

@Ali Boone @Larry Fried do you have any turnkey companies you recommend?  I have attempted to reach a few turnkey based on the reviews and recommendations i've read on here, but I haven't received a call back even after several attempts.  Doesn't give me much vote of confidence to do business with them. 

I believe i'm looking into turnkey as my first REI but, I'm still trying to understand and learn how I can purchase my first and then set up to purchase my second with putting all my assets on the first one.

Hello BP!

Came across bigger pockets about a month ago and I can honestly say that i've been hooked and motivated by some of the stories I have read, so I decided to join and get more involved so I can learn, network, partnership and hopefully meet with some of the people of BP.

I don't have much experience in real estate other than purchasing my primary residence.  I'm looking into the brrr strategy, buy and hold, or turnkey investment as I currently working full time with 4 kids.

Currently i'm been focusing on finding a turnkey investment to get my foot in the door.  I set a goal to get my first property in 2016, so if any of you have any experiences, recommendations or opinion about the turnkey operation please feel free to let me know.
