Post: Getting Into Property Management

Hello everyone. I hope and pray everyone is staying safe during this crisis.

I am graduating college in a few weeks into, perhaps, one of the worst times to get into real estate (lol).

I want to get into property management because it seems stable given the times we are in right now (everyone needs a functional place to live).

With that being said, what are some of ways I can get into property management? Or what are some entry level positions for property management?

Hello all:

My name is Russell and I will graduate from university this May. I live in New Jersey.

I just passed my real estate salesperson exam and am currently sitting down with brokers.

It takes capital to start as an agent but I have no money saved up or even a car.

I really want to be an agent, but should I take a salaried job first to save up money and purchase a car?

If so, what salaried jobs are there in the real estate industry?

Thanks in advance,

Russell

Hey all,

I will be graduating from college this year and just wanted to know what real estate related careers are good for teaching the ins and outs of real estate investing?

I know about appraising or becoming a realtor, but are there other ways to get involved in REI and make some money at the same time?

I'm entering my senior year of college and want to get into REI.

It’s easy to read books and understand concepts, but making a plan and working at it is a little more complicated.

Does anyone have any advice on finding someone local to work under for valuable real estate experience? Or how to get started in general?
