I would agree with Greg. Zillow was showing my house estimate at 192K but when I got my CMA from a realtor, it was appraising at 145K. Zillow is not always the best way to get an appraisal. It is a much better way either having a realtor do a CMA or a an appraiser coming out and doing an appraisal. Good luck.

Thanks for all that information, I actually never heard of rolling my retirement into real estate but thinking about it now, it can definitely be because because it would be another way of investing. I will definitely look into it. Thank you again.

Thank you for your comment. I do not know anything about stocks. All i know is that when you have stocks you cannot control the outcome of them. At leads with real estate, you can somewhat improve value unlike stocks.

Hey Teho, sorry for late reply but like every has stated that it’s definitely doable. I became an accidental landlord but I’m still cashflowing a little bit. The big thing like everyone has said is have a great team in place as well is double and triple checking the numbers and accounting for everything. I am PSCing to Kadena in May. Once your all settled in, I would love to meet up for a chat. Let me know.
