Hi everyone!

I am a relatively new real estate investor (I own one rental property so far) and am looking to go into the STR space with a friend. Our combined budget will be about $800K (flexible).

We both live in the Northeast but are not limited to looking around us. Please recommend lucrative markets we should be considering in our budget.

Some options we are considering:

- Hamptons

- Poconos

-New Hampshire

-Lake Tahoe

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and suggestions. Lets connect ! Looking for real estate agents servicing STR markets.

Thanks in Advance

hi,

Michigan investors - what are the safe, hi cash flow areas you recommend for first time out of state investors?

Looking to buy and hold and working with a property manager.

Thanks in advance

wow @Mark Fries ! thats a clear response there ! THANK YOU

We are exclusively looking at St Johns now. When you say crazy appreciation what % are you talking about ? We are worried about it not appreciating too much since its already a great fully developed area

thanks @christiandennis @benpileggi

heya!

my husband and I are looking to purchase our first investment property OOS and are having a hard time narrowing down on neighborhoods. We're looking to buy and hold- we both have full-time jobs and will be hiring a PM.

We were in touch with JWB real estate for a turnkey property in Arlington but realized that we could get properties in nicer areas like Saint Johns County or Baymeadows with great schools around for a little more.

Any advice on which route we should go ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi All!

My husband and I are first time investors and are looking to diversify into real estate.

We're based in Jersey City but looking to buy remotely ,our budget is about $200K. Our goal is to generate supplemental income overtime but its also important to us that the property value appreciates over time too.

What are the best cities/neighborhoods to look at post covid? Should we work with a real estate agent ?

Not sure where to start from. HELP!

Thanks in advance !
