@Adam E. Houston area primarily - have a good management company and good trades honed after a few bad lease turns.

I think you are better off selling this neg cash flow asset, taking the $20k profit and rolling into a non condo + cash flowing asset. I have owned several condos as an owner occupied but never kept them as rental due to the condo fees eating up so much of the CF.  Good luck!

Good day!  I have one rental property today and I am pricing out competitors to the policy I have in place today.  I recognize market by market may have different rates, but looking for reputable companies or brokers that you have had good luck with getting the right priced policy.  Im primarily looking for a landlord liability policy.  I already have umbrella policy in place at $1M.  Thanks!

Good day. I am a new investor from the Bay Area. My wife and I have one rental property in Texas and are looking to close on our second in late Q4 or early Q1. I have enjoyed reading through the forums and have already started analyzing properties looking for the right opportunity.
