Eviction is the worst. After doing this for years I have found a better way, investing in mortgage notes rather than property. I would highly recommend the switch. Many of the investors I work with have gone through the perils of land lording, and have now graduated to investing in mortgage notes for the ease and simplicity. Shoot me a message if you want some more info.

Hello Chris,

Have you looked into investing in mortgage notes? This is a very safe and secure "beginners" real estate investment strategy. I always recommend these types of investments to people trying to get get their feet wet. You are able to "hold" the note for a property and collect monthly mortgage payments. Keep me posted if you are interested and I can point you in the correct direction. Take care.
