@Erik Estrada - what is the best way to find lenders who will do DSCR loan for STR's? Most advice I've seen is local banks and/or credit unions. Also if I do find a lender for it what would you expect to be included in debt calculation…PITI and what what else?

Looking for people who are currently doing or getting into STR/vacation rentals in MN and western Wisconsin. Want to network and discuss strategies as well as what resources people are using i.e. realtors, lenders, attorneys, etc…

Goal is to get some good conversations going and connect with people directly who are interested in the same.

I'm a big fan of bigger pockets books and have used them to help with LTR goals. Wondering if anyone has any book rec's geared towards VR/STR?

I have listened to many podcasts and read blogs but looking for some great books fo help solidify all the things I’ve been learning.

I’d also take recs on people to follow, blogs or podcasts that people have found helpful.
