Thank you for the reply. I'm looking at Section 8 or Multi family investing. I'm also thinking of using a property manager to help me with the day to day operation of the property. I'm really on the learning stage at the moment and I know that I have to find and build the right team to make things work. Initially if I can manage the property then I will do self-manage.
