Gosh each time I call on an reo it has "just" received an accepted offer....*can u hear my "little violin" playing in the back ground*

I commend all reo buyers with a successful buy record....it's HARD out there! Each reo I have found someone else thinks it's better than I do and worth more too quicker than I can pick up the phone. What is the 15 day wait (HomePath) for if banks are going to accept an offer in 3 days of going public??? According to BP I am supposed to develop a relationship wt brokers/realtors it's just me and my meager savings I am not exactly a heavy duty investor yet. What is a light duty investor supposed to do...

Great to see another lady newbie. May we learn all we can here, apply it and give back also. I believe good things happen to members here because they are so free and giving in their knowledge and resources (karma is real). Great to be a part of that,

I found a 3/2 on a local internet MLS w/t 5 pictures- 2 days later it disappeared. That same day I found it on a realtor's personal website 1 picture (which I check daily) GONE next day. By chance I found it on homesteps no pictures a late weekend night planning to call the next business day. To my dismay upon checking it next business day morning it was gone. I was not committed to investing in this home however, as a newbie I am bewildered...is this disappearing act normal and if so what is going on???

Thanx for the welcome. I am drawn to the buy & hold direction of RE. Still learning & love BP. I know the 50% rule & other formulas that I have written down & refer to- everyone else probably knows these formulas like ABC's. So will I one day. My eyes & ears are open to cash flowing 3/2 SFR according to BP advice this is where I should start as a newbie-(Why should I reinvent the wheel?) just being patient-more advice I learned from BP.

New here and feel like I have ARRIVED! Got tired of getting laid off- down sized(u gotta love corporate) and being just over broke all in the name of job security-LOL.Living in LA but" have sky miles will travel". I have known about BP for 2 years now so I believe I am part of an international professional organization of intellect and that feels great! After all doesn't EVERYBODY want to be a part of something spectacular?!?!? The bonus is it's freeeee.
