Hello Bigger pockets,

I'm a new investor in the area and I have a bridge to cross. I'd like to respectfully request advice from the pros. Specifically Real Estate Attorneys who have experience and knowledge with wholesale, or an investor who has experienced this and surpassed it.

One of my exit strategies will be wholesaling within my business model. I have taken classes and one specifically on wholesaling. I have the book knowledge, not the real life experience.

The hiccup I'm stuck on is finding a Real Estate Attorney experienced with this strategy who can serve on my team and offer guidance to help me cross off all the legalities off my to do list and offer great service. Such as drafting a contract to assign deals. I have a contract drafted while I'm certain that I need the legal disclaimers on it.

I've been calling attorney's offices since Friday and I keep getting comments like "no, I don't like it”….”I won't do it"…."I have never heard of it", one stated “this is illegal in Illinois”, when I asked why, he said “the action is not illegal, it's how I would go about it” (having a good contract in place) so far I’m just getting they reason why don’t won’t do it, and they cannot refer me to someone who does handle this exit strategy.

HELP PLEASE....
