Totally agree I'm planning on living in the place as required , Also I'm trying to understand if FHA carries 2 types of insurance as well? An for how long it's been required to have the insurance?

I work full time as well, I have great credit score, good income, i file my taxes every year on time , I have not debt . I just want guidance from a professional or an expert in this business. I’m getting educated about real estate an working as resident manager assistant on nyc area has helped me a lot but I just need the guidance and advice from the pros .

I need guidance on how to buy multi family on Nj area using a FHA program .

While working full time ,I am a resident manager assistant and a building technician as well, I’m a newbie on real estate I’ve been reading a lot and watching all this great educational from the BiggerPockets webinar and but I’m on the baby steps I just really need guidance.
