Need some help catching the sellers attention.
May I have some help writing out a letter for a property.

Used one of the tips from the Forums and was able to get name and address. This is so cool.

Who do I know here in the BP world that's a killer on (how or) getting a construction loan done; will be using the VA home construction.

I feel like it’s a simple process  but I’m suffering from information overload.

Subject: Seller Finance

Intent: Present LOI and Finance agreement

1.  Purpose. To provide multiple options on Seller Agreement LOIs. I have pay stubs, tax returns, and credit report ready to present to the Owner if they would be willing to do Seller Finance on four lots.

2. I have been searching on google for LOI and Seller Finance agreement but there is an abundant of information that I have found myself stuck once again. May I have some assistance on what to do, so that I may begin to propel forward from this brick wall that I am overthinking.
