Thanks for the responses and input! I guess I'll have to do some more homework on them. I'm looking to invest in a small multi-family (2-4 unit) over the next 12 months in the Fall River area. I'm thinking of going the BRRRR route but I'd like to hold instead of selling. I was thinking maybe talking to a wholesaler to see if they had any deals that make sense. Without breaking any rules is there anyone you would recommend that I could talk to especially with experience in BRRRR projects in the Fall River area? Thanks again!

Hello BP members. I'm fairly new to BP and this is my first post. I'm from SE Massachusetts and currently own a single family home and a 3 family rental property. I'm looking to get more into real estate investing and pursue building my investment portfolio. I came across a company called Rockstar Property Solutions out of Rhode Island/Massachusetts area on Craigslist. Has anyone heard of or ever worked with them?
