@James Letchford Remember you can use your VA loan to buy multi-family properties if you want to build some long term cash flow. This is what I am planning to do with my VA.

I am at a stage in life where I don't mind moving every few years. Therefore, I will get a triplex (maximum VA allows is a four-plex) and live in one of the units while I rent the other two.

After a few years, refinance to a conventional loan, find another multi-family unit to buy with my VA, rent the 3rd unit for cash flow. Rinse and repeat!

Hello, my name is Ruben Camacho and I am new to Real Estate investor.

I live in San Ysidro California which is located south of San Diego. San Ysidro is the border town with Tijuana Mexico.

Recently I received a Doctorate in Business Administration where my dissertation was in Cyber Preparedness.  In other words, in how to prepare to survive a cyber attack (hacking). If anyone has a question about this, feel free to ask me. I will gladly talk about it (Indeed, my wife says I like to talk about it too much) or I will point you to where you can get the answer.

Real Estate Investing has been a big passion for many years and now that I have finished my school I get to finally pursue it.

Hope to meet you soon!
