Hello everyone, I'm searching for help in finding translated documents such as seller finance purchase agreement.  We are looking for a Spanish version or we will start translating it ... could take a while ...

For those of you that have used a HELOC for an investment property (a flip, etc)

Would you recommend any books that would help learn more on Heloc? Should I speak to a banker or broker regarding this? 

I know there's many REI clubs that offer clases on this, but ask around 20k to help you get educated.

Please advice.

I need some advice on the HELOC subject, reading this thread it's really helpful.

Is there a step by step guide in getting started on this? I want to find out what I need to do first? Contact the mortgage company or the broker? 

My plan would be to purchase a property that needs to be rehabbed, then fix it up within a month or 2 and sell it or refinance then sell?

Would a HELOC be used for This strategy?

Example: I could buy a ugly property around 160k and selll it for 220k....HELOC available would be about 250k

I would then pay off the HELOC loan after selling the property?

Please advice!

@Account Closed are you saying we can whole sale on those other types of properties? I thought there were some types that we can't wholesale.. maybe I've been limiting my options 

@Gabriel Garces  good look in your new adventure, I have also decided to take the step of quitting the JOB.

I was advised to look into getting the deed from an owner trying to avoid foreclosure. Then to make an investment from the property such as a wholesale. 

Does anyone have any advise or input on this subject?
