I've invested in different property types, including a flip and hold in the Deltona, FL area. The rest of my properties are in Tallahassee, which is my alumni city. My first was a condo acquisition and then a new construction build, but of which had tenants. But I'm a buy and hold investor, but I'm exploring the idea of Wholesaling due to the high acquisition cost in the area. But more as a platform to invest in rental properties while learning the smart way to invest in the area.

Hello Everyone,

Heard great things about this site and hope to expand my knowledge in real estate. Took a job to the DC area from Florida, so hopefully will be able to invest in an area that foreign but hopefully presents a lot of good opportunities to expand portfolio. But mostly want to learn and become more proficient in investing to establish long term success.
