Thanks Jonathan and Steve for the fast reply. My question is about the financial packet I need to get together to present to my bank and about converting the apartments from rentals to coop/ condos. Am I able to do it or not. This will be my first commercial property so I'll need as much info as either of you can give me.

Thanks.

Hello, I'm looking into investing in a 30 unit property and I have a few questions that I would like to get advice on. If anyone knows and has experience getting the ball rolling, I would appreciate the help.

Thanks
