Just closed a HUD fix and flip yesterday. Held for 4 mo. and purchaser put a FHA loan on it. I think with a new FHA loan there is a 3 mo. seasoning period.

Post: HUD and taking title in Land Trust

How do you submit a HUD bid if you want to take title in a land trust. I have an LLC to be trustree. Who is purchaser, ABC LLC as Trustree? And what suporting docs will HUD want? Thanks all!!

Are there any limits on the number of HUD investor bids that can be placed on any day, week, etc. On one day I accepted a counter from HUD and placed 2 more bids. The counter was accepted the next day, however the 2 bids were not countered, which I thought was odd. Does anybody have any experience or insight?
