Hello BP Nation!

My name is Ryan McKane and I am a real estate broker with 13+ years of experience on the north side of Chicago. I owned 2 investment properties when I was younger but I was stupid and sold them off and I am looking to get back into it. If anyone has any advice/pointers on getting started with 10K in capital I am all ears. If anyone has questions about the Chicago real estate market and the surrounding suburbs please feel free to reach out!
