I’m currently trying to decide on whether i want to become a licensed real estate agent in the state of TN or not. Is it a good decision for someone looking to potentially become a full time real estate investor? What advice would you give on whether or not i should get licensed? I’ve been wholesaling for about 6 months now, and I’m just looking for ways to increase my network and take my real estate journey to the next level. Is it really worth it? Thanks in advance, Rozelle Wilson

Does anyone know any good surveyors in Middle TN? I currently have a property in escrow that has a survey from 1967, and the title company insist that we get an updated survey in order to close. An ideal candidate would be someone who could get a survey within a week or two. If you know someone please let me know! Thanks!
Cash buyers in my experience always make life a bit easier then dealing with conventional lenders. As long as you can show an investor a good deal they’re more then likely going to invest.

Hey Tyler,

Nashville is definitely a tricky area to find good properties, but I'm confident that my team and I can help you find some amazing deals in town. PM your contact information and more about what you're looking for so that we can better serve you. Looking forward to speaking with you!

Post: Leap of Faith (Tuesday Motivation)

So, I did the most liberating thing recently and quit my full-time job. I'm a firm believer that if you don't take that leap of faith then you'll always be stuck in life. I may seem a bit irrational to my family and friends who don't understand the financial freedom that real estate provides, but I know like you know, like we know. There's no better way to go then real estate! I'm a little anxious, but even Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and Peyton Manning got butterflies before a big game. I'm just ready to prove to myself and to everyone else that a 9-5 will never provide you the financial freedom to do the things you've always dreamed. If you desire to create wealth through real estate then don't let the fear of not having a weekly paycheck hold you back. Take that leap of faith and go get the life you deserve!

@Brian Bandas Thanks man! I had to take that leap of faith toward my future now that I'm a firm believer in real estate. Sorry I couldn't make the event last night, I didn't see your message until this morning but if you could PM your contact, I'd love to stay in touch and join your next meet-up!

Great post Brian! My greatest marketing tool as a wholesaler in the Nashville area has been attending real estate investor meetings, and networking with other investors on a daily. I've also befriended some pretty good lawyers in the area who give me a heads up on certain deals. I recently made the decision to become a professional investor as well, so I'm always looking to find new marketing strategies. I might take a shot at bandit signs soon, I'll keep you updated!

@Brian Bandas Thanks Brian! See you Tuesday!
