Oh interesting. I've seen the market increase in the short time in being up here, so I am hoping I can find a property without the use of a realtor or one who understands the situation. Thank you both for the input!

Good evening everyone!

I'm currently in northern Michigan for the next 18 months, and properties are relatively cheap. I am just curious if anyone thinks 18 months and some minor cosmetic improvements are worth the short term investment. Since I have to be here anyway, thought I might be able to make a small profit when I sell. Thank you for the advice!
