 No co sign or lending. & yes i invest in south texas. Closed on my 1st house with 3% interest because i build my credit to 700+

Thanks & first deal was an FHA. I started building my credit at 18 & saving my money as well as educating myself. I had NO co signers or investors on any of my deals. My 2nd deal was a commercial deal for my LLC in which i utilized credit to lower my down payment on my 2nd & 3rd properties. I recently got approved for 9k in credit for my business so i might start working on another project . I currently only invest in south Texas area .

At 17 i Read Rich Dad Poor dad which inspired me To Invest in Real Estate at a young age. I'm now 21 & have acquired 3 Properties On my own under an LLC (2 single fams./1 Duplex) my next goal is an Apartment Complex atleast 8 unit+ then go towards bigger complexes. I also have a Participating Life insurance i plan on utilizing down the road as well. Any good advice from experienced Multifamily investors on this route?

just wondering of any multifamily investors on here that live/invest in corpus christi,Texas ? I invest in property here myself but would like to meet other investors in the area.
