I would imagine that would be pretty helpful however most agents do print off any documents they need off of the MLS when they do walkthroughs of properties.

I'm 17 and have not seen anything but acceptance of my age on BP. Although I only know a fraction of what the vets on the site know the experienced investors always seem to want to encourage young investors like myself rather than talking down to them.

 Any sort of accounting and contract law would be helpful.

I would suggest read, read, read, and read. Also, network with other investors on BP as much as possible.

I always prefer active investing because you get to decide when money comes in/out and you get to take advantage of all of the pros of RE like building equity and appreciation.

Hey Matt, it really depends on your budget and on how much you are willing to do. I would recommend the SE and MW because the prices are lower than other parts of the country and they are growing at high rates.
