Mark, I am in Michigan and the listing agent for the property is telling me that HUD will not sell to an LLC

I keep hearing that you can purchase real estate with no money down. For someone who has NO MONEY, how can you purchase a HUD when from my understanding most hard money/private lenders will not loan to individuals and HUD will not sell to companies.

Is there any work around for this situation?

I recently purchased a hud in metro detroit and was trying to find a title company comfortable with hud closings. Any one have any suggestions?
