So I bought my first land Lot at a beautiful spot. The lot had some tree bushes and I managed to clean it out.

Now I have lots of plan on building a house one day.

@Greg Dickerson

My main focus is on single family homes. My

Plan is to build as many rooms I can, and build a cash flow through Airbnb.

@Barbee T.

Yes I been looking into that lately.

The question is where can I lend money elsewhere besides the bank? I know Mortgage brokers are always willing to give you a hand but I don’t know much about them.

I’m 22 years old, and I am looking to get into RE.

I have good credit, and I have money, and I have a team and we’re willing to take action soon!

But we need some ideas. I need a good real estate strategy. I been looking into buying and flipping.

And if some of you guys can share your story on your first investment, it would be appreciated!

Hey guys I’m 22 years old and looking to get into real estate.

I been studying as much as I can about real estate, but I don’t know what I should invest in. I have some money saved up and been looking into buying and flipping, but I feel like that’s a little to much for someone new. I have a good credit, and I need a good strategy.
