@Tyler Gibson Thanks for the welcome. One of my main goals now are to go to these meet ups and absorb as much as I can. Also, I would like to help anyone with their business if they need an extra hand. As far as acquiring a decent multi family, it sure is tough.

@Aaron B. Lewis I didn't even  know that was possible. Is there a certain Mortgage company I would have to go through to bundle benefits?

I'm currently active duty military and I would like to use my VA home loan to acquire a Multi- Family property. How can I use this loan to my advantage in a very competitive market?

@Aaron B. Lewis I'm glad you brought that up. I know that the VA Loan can get me up to a quadraplex but its definitely hard to find those out here. The investors out here by those really quick.
