Another suggestion would be to come to the Michiana RIA meeting.  3rd Thursday of the month at the Elkhart Martin's by Concord Mall.  A lot of the members invest in the Elkhart/Goshen market.

Hello, I'm a new member who is interested in investing in Single Family Homes and Multi-Family properties.  My plan is for long term buy and hold B-C properties.  

 Anyone who is in the North East part in Indiana, Goshen, Angola, Fort Wayne (or elsewhere), who would be willing to talk with a new investor, I would look forward to it.  Thanks, Ross Springer
