The other thing I found, is investment cost is all over the board. So I don’t want to pay too much, but I also don’t want to cheap out.

@Basit - thank you. Appreciate the insight. There seems to be more and options every day. However, many focus more on the credit app, rent collection and overall management aspects. 

Since I use property management companies, my focus is trying to find software that works more on the financial aspect, along with overall reporting. 

I have read through the past posts and there are tons of opinions.  Wanted to get some updated feedback.  Seems like everyone has this need and there isn’t a home run software out there.

What are you using to track rental income, expenses, store documents, investment reporting, EOY tax reporting etc...?

I use management companies so I don’t need to collect payment.  

I have been messing around with Stessa but didn’t want to go to far with it until I got feedback from the investor community. 

Many like QB, what version?  Other software suggestions?
