I live in the Kansas City area and I am going to start marketing to find wholesale deals soon. I have a lot of time on my hands so I am looking for people with little time but money they want to put to work! Message me if you want to be added to my buyers list and hopefully we can get a deal going in the near future. Tell me your requirements for a deal and what type of investing you want to do so I can contact you if a house matches your needs.

I’m currently a student and am very interested in real estate investing. I think now I want to start a business and grow my properties. I am getting confused on the path people can take to build their deals over time So, I am wanting to know if there is anyone in the Kansas City area that is an investor and owns their own business. Whether that business is wholesaling, property management, etc. I just want to hear your story and any advice you may have for me! Thanks

I’m a college student and I’m very interested in getting involved in real estate while in school because of the long term wealth it can generate. I was thinking about buying a home as an owner occupant and renting it out to a few friends. I’m trying to soak up as much information as I can about this, as it is a fairly common strategy. I’ve heard the down payment for an owner occupant can be extremely low, but would I need a parent to be a co-signer? Also, I would just like more information about the process of doing this, so article, video, or book recommendations would be greatly appreciated along with general advice. Thanks
