@jay hinrichs fantastic advice I appreciate it. Anyone have opinions  on whether to buy land already zoned for residential use. Or is if more lucrative to buy a plot that isn't zoned for residential use and have the zoning done yourself. Thanks again for taking the time to respond everyone.

@Mark Podolsky thank you for your advice. I've already started reading Seth Williams blog and and have downloaded your passive income blueprint. I'm very intrigued in the whole process and am ready to dive into my research. I'm sure I will be frequenting deeper pockets at a regular basis from this point forward.

@Jason Mak thank you for the response, I believe you are dead on

Hey everyone. I am brand new to biggerpockets as well as the idea of buying and selling land. A couple basic questions for anyone that has had success buying and selling land. I apologize ahead a time for the possible simplicity of my questions. 1) Do I need to obtain a Real Estate license to buy and sell land? 2) I obviously work full time as of now, is it feasible to start out on this venture while working full time? 3) What are the best resources for a newbie such as myself to learn more about the process? Thanks everyone
