@Tyler Weaver absolutely agree. I will say it gave us the fire to make sure we hit the ground running! We don’t have to keep the 1031 but I figure if we want to do MF and hold then that would be a great strategy but I will do what a few others on here are saying and speak to CPA THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK ;)

@Jay Hinrichs Such a good point! Thank you! Plus I’m running out of days I believe I’m down to 33 days left for me to find a deal. Since this deal I’ve had several friends approach me and want to partner/invest with us. Funny how this RE game works. First you can’t find money and now it’s flooding in ;) BTW caught your podcast on BP it was excellent! *applause*

Okay, so i've just flipped my first home and obsessed with your podcast! Im the idiot that spent 43K on "coaching" that NEVER existed which BTW is "Success Path Tarek and Christina's HGTV Flip or Flop GARBAGE AND SCHEME" I am from Dallas TX and focus on Financial Services by day. Recently bought a property for 95K put 40K into it and sold for 195K. I had an awesome win! BUT, I really want to be in the Multi Fam space and decided to 1031 exchange the money.  I took 25K cash out and let 52K in an escrow account. What would you do next with it? I am in dyer need of help. @Brandon Turner

Hi @Erica Nagle

Would love to hear an update from this, We are currently in same situation and extremely frustrated. We purchased our package back in November and regret it immensely. THey've done nothing but reach out for "strategy planning" and then turn around and try to sell us more garbage for another 50K!!!! 2 of my friends fell for it and now stuck with 100K in debt with ZERO results!
