No i didn't use a inspector when i go to see the apartment just a friend that does roofing and siding

Thank you I'm going to speak with an lawyer Monday morning because i started doing some work that was when the city stop me to tell me about the demolition

I'm about to talk to someone because the city give me a copy of the proof to show that they were informed about the demolition

What do I do can i sue them for intentional fraud

I'm a first time buyer so i didn't know that there was house on demolition list that could be sold by owner the city does not own it

Yes i was in a meeting with the city and they said they could not take it off the list because the owner already knew since 2015
