Do you have to be a realtor or real estate professional to join the meetings?  (I've been learning all I can about real estate for a while now. But, we bought our first rental property last year and have been renting our guest house for the past year. So, pretty small time. But, we are looking to acquire a couple more investment properties. So, would love to meet more local people.)
