I LOVE how you came from a world so vastly different from this world of RE, yet you knew you wanted something better and bigger and did NOT give up - kudos to YOU! I am in a similar position, but I didn't think my debt was so much in the way, since I plan on leveraging private money and accessing a hard money lender to do our first rehab. Am I missing something? Is my debt going to prove to be a hinderance?

Thanks for sharing your experience! I had been contemplating investing in mobile homes, but was unaware of the 15 year cap by conventional lenders. Good to know, thanks!

Has anyone fixed and flipped a mobile home AND a house? Or even just mobile homes? I'm curious if there's any differences... Are they a good choice when just starting out?
