Hi, my name is Rosanna , I’m planning to buy my first multi or single family home to rent out next year. This is my situation: I live in Columbus Ohio and the houses cost from 35-105k. Right now I do Uber part time and attend college. I owe about 3500 on credit cards and I have student loans but I don’t have to pay anything yet. Any advice on what I need to do to qualify for loans and if the city of Columbus is a good market.? I’m planning to buy near the west side.
