Post: Zillow Rental Manager not Publishing my Rental

Is anyone having issues with Zillow Rental Manager, where you get to the last step before publishing and it will not allow you to continue? There is a banner on the top that states "Listing cannot be published without a Zillow Advertising Contract," I filled it out but have gotten no email confirmation or estimated time of completion. I try to click next but its grayed out, does anyone know how to get past this step?
